Why this book was written
The purpose of this book is not to criticize the Church, but to call it back to a biblical understanding of priesthood—one rooted in Scripture rather than assumption and governed by God’s holiness rather than cultural accommodation. The themes explored in these pages are not theoretical. They are weighty, confronting, and necessary, especially in light of the times in which we live.
This book is written for those who desire to understand what it means to stand rightly before the Lord; for those who sense that proximity to God carries responsibility; and for those who recognize that faithfulness, not visibility, governs spiritual authority.
